Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Consultant in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Participate in the full application life cycle - architect, design, development, testing, and deployment. Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems using modern web tools and technologies. Work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications and build a design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of software solutions. Develop proofs of concept as needed during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies. Validate application code against unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools. Assist in identifying, solving problems, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments. Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) MySQL; (2) JavaScript; (3) SOAP UI; (4) Apex; (5) SOQL; (6) REST; (7) Git. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. 

Salary: $121,597.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
