The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud – Senior Consultant to join a high-performing Technology Consulting practice. In this role, you will be responsible for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, ensuring project deliverables meet high-quality standards, and guiding development teams while collaborating with stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management).
🔹 Gather and document business requirements using AIM/OUM methodologies.
🔹 Work closely with stakeholders to map client needs to Oracle Fusion functionalities.
🔹 Design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment.
🔹 Handle functional fit-gap analysis and solution design.
🔹 Assist in Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
🔹 Conduct training sessions and create quality deliverables, including test scripts and test cases.
🔹 Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules.

What You Bring to the Team

✔ 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Fusion Finance.
✔ Hands-on involvement in at least two full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
✔ Strong understanding of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
✔ Experience in a client-facing delivery role with excellent communication skills.
✔ Prior experience with Oracle EBS Finance (nice to have).
✔ Ability to work proactively and take ownership of deliverables.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

✨ Proficiency in German or French.
✨ Professional certifications such as MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA.
