What You'll Do:

In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers in an ER/Urgent Care setting.

Where You'll Be:

This hybrid emergency room and urgent care provides both types of care to patients conveniently under one roof. Patients will receive the appropriate level of care in a simple, cost effective one-stop location. The emergency room will provide care on a 24/7 basis with transport services available to handle high-acuity emergency situations needing surgery. Nurses at this location will have a background or training in emergency care. On-site imaging and laboratory services are also available.

What You'll Do:

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license

• BLS for Healthcare Provider (Required, will provide training)

• PALS (Required within 12 months of hire)

• ACLS (Required within 12 months of hire)

• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (Required within 10 weeks of hire)

• 1 Year Previous ER experience (Required)
