We are seeking an Administrator of Program Supports to join our team in Sacramento, Ca. 

This position provides administrative and direct oversight to the IDD services to maintain all regulatory and organizational requirements and assuring ongoing quality of services throughout operations. May step in for Program Administrator.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; BA/BS in human services field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting required.
• Experience in training professional and para-professional staff required.
• Quality Improvement experience preferred.
• ARF Administrator's certification and Registered Behavior Technician certification required within 90 days of hired date.
