We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Training Specialist to support the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) business in the US.  Become part of a dynamic team responsible for training and educating our sales, clinical specialist and market development teams in the fields of Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks, some of the most exciting and fastest growing areas of medical technology. Use your creativity and passion to lead innovation in the development and advancement of training and education to bring life-changing therapy to thousands of patients worldwide.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence at medical conferences and industry events.

  • Manage all aspects of conference planning, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and promotional activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze conference performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, industry partners, and healthcare professionals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our conference presence remains competitive and impactful.

Must Have:

Experience in trining, sales, sales support, cath lab or marketing AND:

High School Diploma and 8 years of experience

Associate's degree and 6 years of experience

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience

  • Computer skills: Excel, Articulate, Adobe, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams, Share Point, Allego
  • Instructional design methods

  • Passion and ability to develop and deliver impactful training. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Training & Education of Medical device program curriculum build and delivery processes.
  • Assessment of core competencies of field employees to identify gaps in current program and build out and deliver curriculum that fills gaps identified.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$84,800.00 - $127,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as
