About the role

Associate Collaborative Manufacturing Manager -Quality​ Specialist

-Evaluate and audit the CM's to ensure that the quality management they carry out meets the requirements of the Unilever quality manual, based on global standards.
- Follow up on the improvement plans committed by the CM's to close the audit gaps.
Request the CM to analyse non-conformities arising from any of the possible sources, and verify the robustness of the CAPA to mitigate recurrences.
- Review the management of the CM's through the generation and monitoring of monthly quality indicators.
- Report the management of the CM's in the requested forums such as internal meetings of the Quality team, meetings with each CM to review their performance as a team, meetings by BU, and projects.
- Follow-up on requests for release of materials, product by the CM and specific internal requests.
- Analyze trends in complaints from consumers / costumers / distribution center, others in order to implement continuous improvement processes.
- Participate together with the innovation Quality team in the transfer of these and accompany with the knowledge of CM for the risk assessment of new projects.
-Evaluate and validate capabilities of new and modified equipment, concerning safety and quality based on the GMP's of the category
-Ensure consumer safety and quality compliance in projects.
Implement appropriate quality plans for new suppliers, materials and processes, as well as for plant tests and/or CMs, 
commissioning of new, in-process or finished products, maintaining control of the productions involved.
-Participate in trials commissioning or industrial trials at the CM site.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
