Senior Software Tester (Secret Cleared)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our quality assurance team. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and improving testing processes to ensure software quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in automated and manual testing methodologies. Active Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Execute manual and automated test cases, identifying and documenting defects.
• Performance & Security Testing: Conduct performance, security, and regression testing to validate system stability and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business requirements.
• Defect Tracking & Reporting: Use defect-tracking tools to document, prioritize, and communicate software issues effectively.
• Test Automation Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure testing processes align with industry standards and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing methodologies and frameworks.
