Job Description

Publicis Digital Experience is looking for a Director to support the development, execution, and evaluation of new/existing initiatives, strategies, processes, partnerships, and programs designed to create and promote an inclusive work environment. This role will serve as a liaison to ensure alignment with broader Groupe and agency DEI efforts to drive consistency across brands (where appropriate), reduce attrition, and positively impact the overall employee experience.

Reporting directly to the SVP – Talent Experience, you will serve as a subject matter expert on inclusivity in the workplace and will work cross-functionally to define, establish, evolve, and improve programs and external partnerships related to the connection of our employee population to each other and to the community around them.

You will also collaborate to identify, assess, establish, and manage industry, community, and educational partnerships and opportunities designed to drive, attract, retain, and engage talent. This is a collaborative role that will require a high degree of empathy as well as a blend of strategic, conceptual thinking and boots-on-the-ground operational program leadership.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and will require an onsite commitment of 3 days per week. While we are flexible on location for this role, preference will given to candidates local to a major metro in the Eastern or Central time zones with highest priority given to candidates commutable to our New York City, Chicago, or Atlanta offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executive leadership to define, develop, implement, and promote scalable programs, experiences, events, and strategies designed to build inclusion capabilities, address workforce needs and gaps within existing programming, support the development of key workforce demographics, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to build strategies designed to expand the diversity of candidate pools and pipelines as well as ensure diverse representation for internal programs.
  • In collaboration with internal partners, research, identify, develop, and manage external community, educational, workforce development, and industry partnerships and opportunities including non-traditional, non-university partnerships such as apprenticeship programs, secondary and trade schools, professional organizations, coding boot camps, etc., as applicable.
  • Partner with Groupe, pillar, and agency brands and DEI teams to amplify programming and promote awareness of current and upcoming programs, resources, and events to ensure a sense of belonging for all talent identities.
  • Collaborate on the development, implementation, and management of various talent programs designed to build connection and community within the organization (such as internship and mentor programs).
  • Identify opportunities for event partnership and participation as well as other opportunities for community and industry exposure.
  • Define program road maps and timelines, establish metrics/KPIs, determine measurements of success, and analyze program performance to drive efficiencies and optimizations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across brands to support communication efforts for program launches.
  • Serve alongside key agency stakeholders and executive sponsors as part of a cross-functional community of practice to develop, define, and drive alignment on organizational vision, strategies, and initiatives; lead the tactical execution and operationalization of the strategies defined by that committee.
