What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist service customers with their loaner/rental vehicle needs

• Schedule loaner appointments and coordinate follow-ups for service visits

• Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to ensure a smooth process

• Assist with scheduling for special order parts and other service needs

• Handle general administrative tasks that keep the department running smoothly

• Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude

• Great phone presence and listening skills

• Basic computer knowledge (we’ll provide training on our systems)

• A willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Recent customer service experience (in-person or phone-based) preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to pass a background check
