We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager interested in starting a career as part of our Technology (IT) team. This position can be based at either of our NJ Locations: Corporate headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey or at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey.
Our Cybersecurity Manager will play a key role in ensuring the protection of our information systems, networks, and data. This individual will possess strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in the cybersecurity field and be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of cybersecurity within the company. This role will report directly to the IT Director as a key part of the IT team.
Job Responsibilities
- Enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures tailored to the company's needs.
- Assist IT and business leadership in creating policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Lead incident response efforts and manage the investigation and mitigation of cybersecurity incidents.
- Oversee the continuous monitoring of security systems and generate regular reports on the company's cybersecurity posture.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate cybersecurity measures into all aspects of the company’s operations.
- Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new cybersecurity technologies and tools to enhance the company’s security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management, preferably within the manufacturing industry (knowledge of security concerns for operational technology are a significant plus).
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices, particularly NIST CSF 2.0 and/or ISO 27001.
- Hands-on experience in a range of cybersecurity tools and disciplines.
