What you will do:
Lead and direct maintenance crew of 3 mechanics, making sure of all safety, quality, and environmental policies are followed. Must have knowledge of production manufacturing, an understanding of computers and programs such as Outlook, word and excel, familiar with OSHA and EPA regulations, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance work. This position will work directly with production, quality, and safety management to achieve the goals of the facility. Collaboration is key when coming up with solutions to issues that arise. Must be able to both give and receive feedback, coach others, train others, present in front of a team or group, and show strong time-management skills.

Comfort working at heights is a MUST. We have tall buildings with exterior equipment that needs PMs and repairs regularly. There are tasks that require working from boom lifts and scissor lifts for extended periods of time.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, delegating tasks, working with contractors, be safety minded, be comfortable communicating over the phone and email with both internal and external personnel.
Production / Manufacturing Maintenance experience of 3+ years is strongly preferred. Experience with mixers, milling equipment, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, etc. preferred.

What Hours Would I be Working?
6a-3p Monday thru Friday
Saturday work will be required on occasion.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$29-32/hr
