THE JOB:
As a Stewarding Utility team member, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining of our restaurant outlet’s dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. You will help to create a safe and clean work area in the restaurant outlet’s kitchens.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.89
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Receive and clean our guests soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware following proper departmental procedures
- Remove cleaned dinnerware, flatware, and glasses and replace in appropriate dining outlets
- Maintain the kitchen area by properly mopping and sweeping floor, scrubbing walls, and monitoring trash levels in the receptacles
- Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage experience in a similar position preferred
- Has previous working knowledge of all cleaning equipment and proper chemical usage for a similar environment
- Is a team player
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time
