This role is responsible for overseeing all civil discipline projects, including technical and construction activities, within the Tankage Transformation Program.

Principal Accountabilities:

The role involves overseeing and executing field-based civil activities for major tank maintenance and project scopes, ensuring they are completed within the approved capital budget and cost phasing expectations. It includes planning and controlling civil-related field activities to meet the annual revenue cost requirements for site tankage work, ensuring the timely completion of scheduled inspections and corrective actions to avoid overdue tank inspection activities. The candidate will lead the civil construction team to ensure the delivery of planned work while maintaining zero health, safety, environmental, security, and quality issues during execution. You will also ensure the Safe System of Work is maintained, with optimised planning, scheduling, and sequencing of work to maximize labour efficiency. Additionally, you will measure, track, and improve field execution efficiency, contractor costs, and overall delivery schedules, utilising technology to drive improvements in execution and costs.

The role also entails maintaining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area of responsibility, driving best practices for compliance and reporting, and acting as a Triple Goal Zero Champion. The individual will ensure HSSE compliance and lead audit reporting and requirements. You will be responsible for managing contractor spend, developing and implementing civil execution contracting strategies, and collaborating with Senior Buyers to procure appropriate contracts for future needs
