About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic, experienced marketing leader to serve as the Principal Marketing Manager, Corporate Accounts. In this key role, you’ll drive marketing strategy and initiatives that set Boston Scientific apart in large health systems and other high-impact accounts. You’ll work closely with Corporate Marketing, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and Electrophysiology (EP) and WATCHMAN divisional marketing teams to shape our brand’s presence and value proposition. Partnering with a skilled sales force, you’ll execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, deliver impactful economic messaging, support new product launches, and lead innovative multichannel initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of the EP/WM portfolio marketing plans, bringing differentiated value to the economic customer at key health systems.
- Product Commercialization: Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans, including market analysis, positioning and messaging, pricing strategy, sales training, and a communications plan.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on the economic customer and value initiatives across Electrophysiology, WATCHMAN, and the AFib portfolio.
- Economic Value Messaging: Develop, test, and deliver economic value messaging for key decision-makers, including cardiovascular service line administrators and supply chain leaders, driving adoption and growth.
- Multichannel Engagement: Build and execute robust multichannel engagement plans, reaching administrative customers through web, email, social media, field sales team, and advisory boards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years in marketing, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in medical device marketing.
- Skilled at gathering customer insights to create impactful messaging, collaborating with sales, and executing initiatives effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in developing marketing tools that go beyond traditional features and benefits, creating meaningful differentiation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior leaders.
- High motivation and a proactive mindset, with the ability to lead and influence without authority. Promotes an environment of teamwork.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and quantitative skills.
- Up to 20% domestic travel.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Experience in economic value messaging.
- Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
