Northland Control Systems, Inc. is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead technical custom projects with budgets up to $2,000,000.

Job Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will report to the Director of Professional Services and oversee the end-to-end execution of technical and custom projects. Your role will involve defining project scopes, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans, scope, cost, and scheduling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Integration Project Managers on all RFQs, professional services activities, and project resources.
- Forecast project requirements and maintain cost control.
- Lead technical application engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Technical & Business Operations
- Define and review Custom Statements of Work (SOWs) and RFQs.
- Drive project action items, tracking progress and reporting updates.
- Conduct system reviews and attend client meetings.
- Develop relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Support Advanced Services by defining standard service offerings and maintaining a product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Construction Management.
- 3+ years of project management experience (PMP certification preferred).
- 5+ years of application engineering experience.
- Experience with security software and architecture is highly preferred.
