Please note: Candidates will need their own laptop or desktop computer with stable, reliable internet, as the position is largely remote. We have several positions to fill.

Purpose

 Perform significant data entry related to the processing of admissions applications.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate logging of high school and college transcript coursework for freshman applicants.

  • Must keep up with weekly transcript goals to maximize efficiency and output without sacrificing quality of work.

Required Qualifications

High school graduation or GED. Three years of clerical experience. Candidates will need their own laptop or desktop computer with stable, reliable internet as the position is largely remote. Significant experience with data entry of confidential information. Professional demeanor, responsible, reliable, focused, great attention to detail, organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to stay on task with minimal supervision. Learn quickly, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. Demonstrated knowledge of computers.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years (60 semester hours) of college credit, more than 3 years of clerical experience including significant experience with data entry of confidential information and high school student records experience. Experience working in a high school with familiarity of high school coursework.

Hourly Rate

$20.00

Working Conditions

  • Use of manual dexterity, Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation

Work Shift

  • Hours per week - 29

  • Work hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Work is largely remote. The projected end date for this temporary assignment is January 31, 2025. Please note: Candidate flexibility is needed - the project may extend past January 31, 2025.
