MOIA’s Global Operator Enablement Services (GOES) Organization is our delivery backbone — our mission-critical interface to operator customers worldwide. We transform innovative technology into operational success by delivering turnkey solutions that enable safe, scalable, and efficient autonomous mobility services.
As a cross-functional, fast-moving team, we integrate vehicle lifecycle enablement, digital platform provisioning, service operations, and customer support into a seamless delivery experience. Acting as the single point of contact for operators, GOES ensures end-to-end excellence.

You will manage the AD Academy and B2B support teams that sit at the heart of this mission - designing and delivering industry-leading training programs and knowledge resources that support our customers' operational readiness.
What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of our global training and support strategy for B2B customers, ensuring readiness across operations, safety, and technical domains.
- Manage a cross-functional team of training specialists, technical documentation experts, and customer support leads.
- Design, deliver, and evolve comprehensive training programs for both internal stakeholders and customers (e.g. fleet operators, mobility providers, safety drivers).
- Own the lifecycle of training content: from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery, evaluation, and iteration.
- Oversee support channels and escalation frameworks, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Develop KPIs and feedback mechanisms to track learning effectiveness, operator proficiency, and support responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Development to design processes ensuring trainings meet the current state-of-the-art product.
- Work with vendor partners to scale training and support offerings across multiple geographies and languages.
- Drive compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards in all training and knowledge documentation.
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Proven experience in leading training or customer enablement functions, ideally within a high-tech, transportation, or safety-critical environment.
- Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and the operationalization of complex technical content.
- Demonstrated ability to scale training and support operations in a B2B context, with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent team leadership and people development skills, with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, including training delivery partners and support service providers.
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS), knowledge base platforms, and training analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of support workflows, escalation management, and service level tracking.
- A passion for technology, mobility, and shaping the future of how people and goods move.
- Proficiency in English is required; German and other languages are a plus.
