Senior Solutions Engineer

Two Six Technologies is growing and we are looking for a mission focused Solutions Engineer to work closely with our sales, business development and product teams to educate potential customers on the value and capabilities of our products and solutions. As the Solutions Engineer you will act as a product subject matter expert, partnering with Two Six go-to-market teams to uncover new sales opportunities and run joint sales cycles through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, business and technical validation.

To ensure your success as a Solution Engineer at Two Six, you need to be an ambitious, confident and self-motivated individual with previous Solutions Engineer experience. An entrepreneurial, start-up mentality will benefit you in this position as we introduce innovative mission-focused products and solutions to new customers in the IC, DOD and other government agencies.

This is a remote position ideally based on the East Coast. You will need to be able to travel up to 30% of the time to various customer sites.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Two Six portfolio products including value proposition, the needs of customers, and the competitive landscape
• Develop, manage and regularly update standard product demonstrations based on newly released capabilities, market trends and competitive dynamics
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to align the value of our products with customer requirements
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of typical customer product questions and objections as well as the most impactful approaches to communicating our differentiated capabilities
• Provide insights from your customer interactions into marketing initiatives, product roadmaps, and strategic planning
• Work with our enterprise architect and product teams to develop custom solutions for specific customer needs
• Participate and support proof of concept (PoC) and Pilot implementations of our products leading the technical solution evaluation portion in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners
• Evangelize and show off Two Six product offerings during trade shows, conferences and industry days as well as at key customer account meetings

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required
• 5+ years of Solutions/Sales Engineer experience and/or another related technical customer facing role within the public sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical value into mission value
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome often under pressure
• Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time

Clearance Requirements:

• This position requires a TS/SCI clearance, or the ability and willingness to achieve
