Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time!</p><p> We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated <strong>Senior User Experience Designer</strong> to our team in Bucharest! </p><p><strong>About the job:</strong> </p><p>UxMatrix, short UxM, is business unit that is responsible for delivering FE services and products to our clients. This role is part of a hybrid specialist team, where UX design plays a key role in delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions for complex business needs. </p><p>You'll collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality user experience design improve product interfaces, shape design proposals and ensure a consistent, refine user journeys, across all UxM Products and Services. </p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll get to do: </strong></p><p>- User Research & Analysis: Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods to deeply understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points, turning the results into actionable recommendations and design. </p><p>- UX Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX goals, and user-centered design documentation and processes that align with business objectives. </p><p>- Design & Prototyping: Create advanced wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI documentation to effectively communicate ideas and specifications. </p><p>- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented as envisioned and user experience goals are met. </p><p>- Continuous Improvement: Analyze product performance and user feedback, iterating on designs to optimize usability and engagement. </p><p>- Advocate for UX Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with UX trends, advocating for usability improvements, accessibility, and design thinking across all company platforms. </p><p>- Provide design guidance during implementation and support the development team in interpreting and executing designs accurately. </p><p>- Develop and maintain UX frameworks, personas, journey maps, and design systems that support consistency across products. </p><p><strong><br/></strong><strong>What You need to shine: </strong></p><p>- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in UX design, user research, within gambling and sportsbook industries. </p><p>- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with experience in prototyping tools like InVision. </p><p>- Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </p><p>- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, user feedback, and business requirements to create intuitive and effective UX solutions. </p><p>- Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies, with experience in collaborating via tools like Jira and Confluence. </p><p>Nice to have: </p><p>- Educational Background: Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. </p><p>- Certification: Relevant certifications in UX/UI, Agile (SCRUM), or Product Management. </p><p>- Experience in iGaming: Prior experience working in the iGaming or B2B SaaS industry is a plus. <strong><br/></strong><strong><br/></strong><strong>Here's what we offer: </strong></p><p>• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us. </p><p>• Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required. </p><p>• Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time). </p><p>• Support for New Parents: </p><p>• 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old. </p><p>• 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old. </p><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
