About Adoor Property Management (APM)
Adoor Property Management LLC (“APM”) is a new property management platform focusing on build-to-rent and single-family rental (“SFR”) homes. APM will leverage Darwin Homes’ proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, establishing itself as a leading player in the SFR industry.
The Team
The Darwin Homes team is composed of a diverse set of alumni from DoorDash, Square, Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn and other top technology companies. The founders and executive team have over 30+ years of combined experience in scaling disruptive technology and operations-focused businesses. Darwin Homes was backed by top Silicon Valley venture capital (Khosla, Fifth Wall) and was acquired by Pagaya Technologies, a publicly traded company, in early 2023.  Pagaya is an AI/ML data technology company with offices in Tel Aviv, New York and Austin.

What You'll Do

• Represent Darwin Homes, becoming the first point of contact with prospective residents
• Answer questions, qualify and sell the property’s features to prospective residents
• Manage the leasing and application process with our new residents
• Understand the prospect’s needs and create an urgency to apply
• Diffuse/resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships
• Track communications with prospects & update necessary paperwork and computer systems when necessary
• Be an expert on your assigned market and be able to represent it virtually
• Other duties as assigned
• May require some weekend and/or evening work to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Hold an active Real Estate license
• At least 2 year of previous property management experience in either the single-family or multi-family rental industry
• Proven record of success in a fast-paced and high-pressure sales environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform tasks.
• Ability to bend, stop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary.
• Visual acuity to read printed materials, computer screens, and other documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties requiring physical exertion.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including but not limited to, extreme temperatures, noise, and heights.
