About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Investment Advisor / Investment Advisor to join our Capital Markets team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on high-value real estate investment transactions, identifying market opportunities, and the execution of complex deals. You will work closely with investors, property owners, and financial institutions, playing a key role in driving successful transactions in the Baltic commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations;
• Prepare and present investment proposals, transaction reports and other materials to clients;
• Execute real estate investment transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, and structured financing;
• Effectively manage investment projects, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders and meeting deadlines;
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and investment strategies in the Baltic region.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field;
• Proven experience in real estate investment advisory, capital markets, or corporate finance (for Senior Investment Advisor, 5+ years of experience preferred);
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data;
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
• Good project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian;
• Experience in the real estate industry and investment transactions is a strong advantage.

Salary:

Competitive salary from 3800 Eur gross/month (depending on competencies and experience) plus performance-based bonuses
