As our Talent Intern, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

Get ready for an incredible internship experience where you'll embark on a dynamic journey within our Talent  team! As an integral part of our program, you'll be paired with a dedicated manager who will guide your projects, fuel your professional growth, and offer valuable feedback throughout. Your contributions won't just be observed – they'll be showcased in front of the entire agency.

• Provide essential support to the Talent Team, contributing to Learning & Organizational Development, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition
• Assist in the seamless integration of new hire paperwork into our HRIS system
• Take an active role in coordinating Talent initiatives, ensuring and contributing to their smooth execution
• Attend and actively participate in all MERGEU sessions, offering valuable feedback on materials, presentations, and other components
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Talent Team by managing Zendesk Talent tickets, and identifying the experts best suited to address incoming questions
• Be a proactive and engaged participant in a vibrant and collaborative work environment, making meaningful contributions to shape the future of our Human Resources initiatives

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate (rising junior or rising senior) or recent graduate from an accredited college/university and who wants to gain experience in Human Resource 
• Passionate about learning and growing within Human Resources
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace 
• Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
• First Generation college students strongly encouraged to apply
• You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role

Duration: 10 weeks between, June 3, 2024 - August 8, 2024, 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday)
