Job Description Summary:
The County Attorney's Office is seeking an administrative coordinator, able to provide reliable, dependable, administrative support to the County Attorney’s Office. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and detail oriented. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion. This valuable team member will be a key contributor to the success of the County Attorney’s Office.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position that has the option to operate on a 4-day work. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule with work both in-office and remote work each week.
Compensation:
Anticipated Hire Range: $29.00 – $33.00 USD Hourly
Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills, as well as Equal Work for Equal Pay considerations.

Essential Duties:
The County Attorney’s Office Assistant’s work includes, but is not limited to:
Preparing materials, scanning documents, and electronic production or modification of legal documents
Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
Assists the Office Manager with invoicing, processing expenses, and timekeeping
Filing, retrieval, and preparation of documents and reports using legal matter management software
Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with all levels, including internal clients, the court, the public, and other agencies
Resolving issues with facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs
Maintaining office supplies, regularly checking inventory levels, setting reorder points for each item and organizing supplies efficiently, to ensure the office always has the necessary supplies on hand
