Job Description Summary

Expand clinical and educational interventions for opiate use disorder throughout the Penn health system, the city of Philadelphia, and the state Department of Health. This position is responsible for innovative implementation of programs to improve care for patients and providers to help mitigate the opiate overdose public health crisis. This position will collaborate with team to procure funding opportunities to ensure the sustainability of programming, maintain and cultivate partnerships within the Penn health system and outside entities to improve continuum of care for vulnerable patients. This role will provide input at the health system opioid taskforce, research studies involving patient with opiate use disorder, and will participate in reporting the findings of studies for potential journal publication.

This position is grant funded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or vocational/technical school (CRS) plus 5-7 yrs of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
