We’re seeking a Quality Service Technician—a critical field service role ensuring the smooth operation of One Hour Photo Mini-Labs across a designated territory. If you’re a problem-solver with technical expertise and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
As a QST, you’ll deliver best-in-class customer service by:
- Building strong relationships with customers and photo lab staff.
- Conducting preventive maintenance and resolving equipment issues efficiently.
- Analyzing equipment performance and implementing modifications to enhance productivity.
- Providing informal operator training to improve machine performance.
- Accurately completing maintenance and repair reports.
- Representing CES with a professional appearance and attitude.

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for candidates who bring:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems; photo processing, printer, or copier maintenance experience is a bonus.
- Customer Focus: Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time and territory independently.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within a large geographical territory, including occasional overnight stays.
- Driving Record: Satisfactory driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required).
