Description:

The Project Coordinator will coordinate programs and/or projects, service and business documentation and reports related to the assigned department. Coordinates and maintains Vice President of Security & Emergency Management calendar, activities and priorities to ensure proper implementation of schedule, e.g., schedule agendas, facilities, personnel, supplies and other duties assigned to.

Required Criteria:

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 2-3 Years experience working on projects, a business office or related work
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
Strong background in written and oral communication skills
Ability to make independent judgments
Organizational, research and analytical background
Ability to make independent judgments
