Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, from company functions to client gatherings. Your ability to manage logistics, work with different stakeholders, and ensure smooth event operations will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events, including company meetings, product launches, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to manage event logistics and ensure all details are handled.
- Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and execution, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and distribute event materials such as agendas, brochures, and signage.
- Manage event-related communications and handle inquiries.
- Track and analyze event performance, gathering feedback to improve future events.
- Provide administrative support to the events team as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
