Senior HR Generalist

<strong>About the Role</strong> As a Senior HR Generalist at Coherent, you will play a key role in supporting the Swedish operations in all HR-related matters. You will work closely with managers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, performance management, and company culture. A strong understanding of HR systems and a digital mindset are essential for this role. Experience with Oracle Employee Connect is a plus. <strong>Your Responsibilities Include</strong> <ul> <li>HR Advisory: Provide hands-on support and guidance to managers on all HR matters.</li> <li>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, collaborate with recruitment agencies, and ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.</li> <li>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture: Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and increase employee engagement.</li> <li>Performance &amp; Development: Lead performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.</li> <li>Payroll &amp; Compensation: Act as the main contact for payroll providers, manage merit reviews, and develop compensation structures.</li> <li>Labor Law &amp; Union Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage union negotiations, and collaborate with employer organizations.</li> <li>HR Digitalization: Manage HR systems, optimize processes, and maintain the HR SharePoint.</li> <li>Training &amp; Development: Conduct HR training sessions for managers and employees.</li> <li>HR Administration &amp; Projects: Oversee employment administration and drive HR projects.</li> </ul> <strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.</li> <li>Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Experience with Oracle Employee Connect is a plus.</li> </ul> <strong>Personal Attributes</strong> <ul> <li>Strategic &amp; Structured: Capable of developing HR processes and ensuring smooth operations.</li> <li>Solution-Oriented: A proactive problem-solver who can handle various HR challenges.</li> <li>Collaborative &amp; Communicative: Excellent ability to work effectively with managers, employees, and external partners.</li> <li>Flexible &amp; Independent: Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.</li> </ul> As a Senior HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, where you will be part of a team that values collaboration and engagement.
