You’ll play a critical role in protecting Campbell’s digital infrastructure by designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-performing, resilient, and secure business operations—from internal communications to manufacturing systems. 

What You Will Do… 

As a Network Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will: 

• Play a pivotal role in the design, deployment, and optimization of next-gen firewalls, VPNs, SASE, micro-segmentation, and other security platforms. 

• Partner with enterprise architecture teams to shape and deploy advanced security capabilities, coordinating closely with MSPs to ensure seamless implementation and operational readiness. 

• Provide Tier IV support and subject matter expertise for network operations and new deployments. 

• Develop and enforce scalable network technology standards and policies. 

• Conduct gap analyses and recommend best practices and emerging technologies.

• Support strategic initiatives including Campbell’s digital transformation roadmap and “DevSecOps” adoption. 

• Participate in business projects requiring infrastructure network security design and services.

You’ll collaborate closely with: 

• System & Application administrators, Office and Plant operation teams. Infosec teams including Incident Response, Access Management, and Vulnerability Management teams.

• Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for operational support and governance.

• Business stakeholders and architecture teams to align network solutions with enterprise goals.
