About Our Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at BibliU, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of brilliant engineers and provide solutions to technical problems that have a direct impact on our customers.

We are a fully remote team, across different time zones but maintaining a positive, open and collaborative team culture remains a priority to us. There are initiatives in place that working remotely, to make sure you still feel a part of the team and can get to know others in the company.

Areas of Responsibility

As a senior software engineer you will be responsible for:

• Building new features for our existing products
• Troubleshooting issues and maintaining our existing stack
• Contributing to architectural discussions and helping us make technical implementation decisions
• Migrating and improving our legacy code and systems into our newer technology stack

Requirements

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience building web applications and services
• Experience developing and deploying serverless applications

Tech stack:

• Frontend - Vue.js, XState
• Backend - NodeJS, AWS Lambda, Docker
• Storage - Postgres/MySQL, DynamoDB
• Technologies - Typescript, AWS CDK, Git, CI/CD
• Paradigms - TDD, Trunk based development
