Summary:
The Manager, FP&A position reports to the Director – FP&A, International Consumer Brands Finance, and provides financial leadership and business decision support to the International Consumer Brands (ICB). The successful candidate will bring a broad business perspective, strategic thinking and strong analytical capacity to the position and act as a sounding board and liaison to the business support groups and participate directly in the creation of business plans.
This is an onsite role in Racine, WI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as key business advisor to the International Consumer Brands team on development, coordination, and execution of ICB strategic segmentation strategy.
Play a lead role in evaluating ICB innovation projects: perform financial analysis, including discounted cash flow and ROI analysis, to inform project prioritization and launch recommendations. Lead ICB MEAs and post completion audits.
Drive ICB Delivered Profit Margin initiatives to improve DPM for reinvestment on growth
Build ROI capabilities on marketing investment across ICB Brand Marketing by leveraging Marketing Mix Analysis and deploy best practices
Perform variance analysis and complex finance activities including monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis and commentary, pricing analytics and scenario modeling
Provide leadership on key business unit initiatives, including international, category, and regional projects, providing financial and business decision support needed to achieve targets.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) and at least 8+ years of related Finance experience or Advanced degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) with at least 5 + years of related Finance experience.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Demonstrated analytical skillset and financial statement management
Experience in product supply finance, sales finance, exposure to marketing/strategic business issues, significant analytical projects, and fundamental accounting
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to teams. Ability to influence, lead and collaborate to achieve objectives and produce results.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organ
