This pivotal role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can optimize efficiency, ensure safety, manage inventory, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Warehouse Operations and will be located in Dublin, Georgia.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operational Leadership:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Plan, organize, and direct all outbound warehouse activities, including storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. </li> <li>Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and work alongside the inbound operations manager. </li> <li>Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and federal, state, and local laws.</li> <li>Oversee the maintenance and optimal utilization of warehouse equipment and facilities.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><br/><br/><br/><br/></p> <ul> <li><strong>Team Management &amp; Development:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse associates, supervisors, and leads.</li> <li>Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual development plans.</li> <li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and continuous learning.</li> <li>Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor allocation to meet operational demands.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.</li> <li>Oversee regular cycle counts and physical inventories.</li> <li>Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring all warehouse operations adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.</li> <li>Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary training and corrective actions.</li> <li>Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.</li> <li>Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.</li> <li>Implement new technologies and best practices to modernize warehouse operations.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Budget &amp; Financial Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Manage the warehouse budget, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li> <li>Monitor and report on operational costs and variances.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, P
