We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Risk Solutions team. This position provides administrative support and handles member inquiries. The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support, coordinating documentation, assisting with special projects, and serving as a liaison for various member-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support & Member Services
- Answer ACD phone calls, respond to member inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Distribute incoming faxes and daily mail for the division.
- Monitor and post member claims weekly; track and manage incoming claims.
- Issue auto ID cards upon request.
- Respond to member email inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
- Provide administrative support during SAP enrollment and other key events.
Web Registration Coordination
- Contact members within 24 hours of receiving web registration notifications.
- Enter updates and changes into the system promptly and provide guidance as needed.
Risk Control Report Management
- Review the Workload database daily and process daily reports submitted by risk control consultants.
- Complete reports within a 2-day turnaround, ensuring accuracy and converting documents to PDF as needed.
Special Projects & Mailings
- Assist with division-wide mailings and special projects throughout the year.
- Complete all assigned projects by established deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Member Services team.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of prior customer service/administrative service experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior insurance experience a plus
Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
