Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, establishing a baseline for treatment planning. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments, ensuring adherence to established productivity standards. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for optimizing daily living. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient interactions, evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in accordance with professional standards. Patient Population / Client Focus The Physical Therapist will primarily work with an orthopedic patient population, helping individuals recover from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting their movement and quality of life. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.
