Primary Duties:
Manage the end-to-end production process for external campaigns, from pre-production planning to post-production and delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal brand teams, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and collaborative production experience.
Manage relationships with external production partners for all aspects of production to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality content.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop project timelines and budgets and ensure that all projects are executed according to plan.
Run and communicate overall project timelines, project deliverable types, and resourcing and budgeting needs.
Coordinate upload and management of delivered assets with the studio team.
Facilitate asset requests from global, regional and cross-functional partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the work remains competitive and efficient.
Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Production or equivalent work experience.
5-6 years of agency production experience – including film shoots and photoshoots.
Proven experience in advertising production management, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality advertising content.
Advanced understanding of creative process and how to successfully navigate the work through pre- and post-production.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Effective small group presentation and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
Established relationships with proven production partners and Midwest reps.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
