Job Purpose

This position will support our Accounts Payable team as a Summer Intern from June 2026 – August 2026 and will be based in Nashville. This is a paid, full- time internship.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

• Process invoices, review purchase orders, aged payments, financial postings, analyze trends while gaining knowledge of transactional processes
• Gather vendor information to explore discount options and payment terms that could lead to future savings
• Develop analytical skills and hands on experience with financial postings
• Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
• Work alongside and be coached by members of your team
• Engage with leaders across the company

What do I need to be successful?

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills
• General accounting knowledge

Education

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
• Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Work Environment

• This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
