Senior Associate, Business Operations and Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Perform data mining, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks to analyze large datasets.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.
• Interpret and communicate analysis results effectively to stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics.

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large and complex datasets.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Sigma Computing
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive
• Experience with data engineering tools like Databricks, DBT, Fivetran, etc
• Strong understanding of database systems and SQL for data querying and manipulation
