We are looking for an individual who has a passion for data analysis, data visualization, providing insights to our </span><span>stakeholders</span><span>, and agile product delivery</span><span> teams</span><span>. In this role, you will work in partnership with analysts, squad leads, engineers, and architects toward a shared goal</span><span> to ensure we meet our shared goals</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Team</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Enterprise Cybersecurity </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, </span><span>data</span><span> and systems. As a </span><span>team </span><span>member of the </span><span>Application Security Tools product delivery cohort</span><span>, you </span><span>will be the data analyst that will support the teams’ efforts. The Application Security Tools team vision is </span><span>Protecting Fidelity's assets and our customers’ livelihoods from the threat of exploitation by malicious adversaries.</span><span> </span><span>The squad does this by delivering best-in-class application security tools which enable seamless secure software</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>BS/BA </span><span>in </span><span>Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>8+ years of analyst experience in the form of research, requirements definition, gap analysis, data mining, and data profiling.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Demonstrated ability in data analytics, data warehousing, and data visualization.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven experience in building data visualization dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to a</span><span>nalyze business requirements and translate them into effective data models, considering data quality, performance, and scalability.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to</span><span> combine data from multiple sources to tell a story</span><span>, </span><span>identify</span><span> trends and patterns in the data </span><span>and</span><span> </span><span>extract </span><span>key </span><span>insights </span><span>to inform product strategies and decisions</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Understanding of modeling strategies and concepts (dimensional, relational, unstructured).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Understanding of</span><span> conceptual, logical, and physical data models (3NF) in a relational database environment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Solid understanding of data lineage. Ability to break down and detail the flow of data from source to target and develop data flow diagrams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with scripting languages </span><span>for data manipulation, querying, and profiling on cloud and </span><span>on-premise</span><span> database technologies – </span><span>PL/SQL, SQL, Unix shell scripting, Python, R.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Working understanding of relevant database platforms (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with data modeling tools is a plus.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to collaborate with data architects, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall data strategy.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to effectively communicate complex data modeling concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience working in an Agile team setting (Kanban and/or SCRUM).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience worki
