This is an onsite position.
The selected candidate will work in support of the Army for the Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support program (NetMod). NetMod sets forth the work efforts required to provide product technical support services for systems and equipment being produced, fielded, modified or supported by PdM Network Modernization (NetMod) and PdM Mission Network of the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (TN) of the Program Executive Office for Command Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T). This support may also include future systems and equipment that are acquired for the Army to maintain its technological advantage.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supports the administrative and business operations of the project.
Provides expertise for the organization's areas of operations including analysis and management of operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.
Analyzes, plans, conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support for operations to achieve specific objectives.
Maintains an ongoing interface with various organizational colleagues to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources, planning and execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts from an accredited university and 15+ years of relevant DOD Contracting experience.
Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tactical systems.
Experience analyzing and generating monthly reports for task orders requiring financial metrics, and other government reporting and deliverable contract requirements.
Experience preparing procedures and training PCA personnel on concepts and guidelines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current/active Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
