Strategic Lead Buyer Services (m/f/d)

<p><b><span><span>YOUR TASKS:</span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Develop Global Sourcing strategies to achieve sustainable relationships with tower internal services suppliers to assure the fulfillment of Nordex requirements in all the countries-areas. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Interface and coordination between suppliers and Service department to ensure services availability for the tower inspections, preventive and corrective services. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Management of tenders for suppliers: RFI, RFQ.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Lead negotiations and establish supplier framework agreement and prices: quotation analysis, management of commercial conditions and contracts definition with suppliers.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Close collaboration with Service department to guarantee the best understanding of business needs and objectives.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Drive continuous cost and performance improvements by analyzing cost drivers, processes, and specifications for improvement opportunities. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>As a corporate function, support geographical business units, assuring the needs and queries (suppliers’ localization, global negotiations, purchasing processes).</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span>YOUR PROFILE:</span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Business or Engineer Degree.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>MS Office and SAP.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency English professional spoken and written. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Min. 4 years’ experience in Technical purchasing environment, preferably in services purchasing.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Related strategic sourcing experience including supplier qualification and development. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strategic thinking and negotiating skills as well as cost and quality awareness. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong intercultural skills. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Very independent, structured and goal oriented. </span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span><b><span>YOUR BENEFITS</span></b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span>In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:</span></span></span></span><br/> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>*Some offers may vary by location</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><em><span>Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
