About Us

The human brain is the most complex object in the universe, yet society has accepted one-size-fits all approaches to cognition. The "solutions" (think coffee, energy drinks, and even a friend's rx) were mediocre at best and frankly, made no sense to us. So, we created Thesis, the world's first customized nootropics company. If you've never heard that word before, it's just a fancy way of saying brain supplements. In five years, most will be taking nootropics on the daily and chances are, they'll be ours.

With an exceptional efficacy rate, the world has taken notice — we've raised over $13M in venture capital, garnered interest from leading neuroscientists and athletes, and established ourselves as the industry's leading brand. Now, we're looking for incredible people to help us share the gift of enhanced cognitive function with the world. If you're looking to be a part of a movement — one that involves both immense self-growth and an ambitious mission to pioneer an industry — we'd love to have you on the team.

About The Role

Amazon and retail search are two of our most important and highest-potential growth channels. We're looking for an Associate Director, Amazon & Retail Search to take full ownership of our presence across Amazon, Google Shopping, and retail search, and build these into best-in-class, high-growth engines for the business.

This is a hands-on operator role with real P&L ownership. You'll be the one in the platforms, running the ads, fixing the listings, building the strategy, managing our agency partners, and driving the results. Our Amazon business is currently at $3M annually, and Google Shopping is a wide-open opportunity we've yet to fully unlock.

This role brings a unified search mindset. You understand how keyword strategy, search intent, and content optimization connect across Amazon and Google, and you use that thinking to your advantage.

This is also a rare and exciting career opportunity. If you've spent years going deep on keyword strategy, retail media, and search, and you're ready to step into a role where you own a full business function and its outcomes. You'll have the authority, the resources, and the backing of leadership to make it happen.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Own the P&L across Amazon and retail search channels, including revenue, margin, and profitability, while unlocking Google Shopping as a meaningful growth channel.
  • Take full hands-on ownership of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central: listings, content, inventory, pricing, promotions, and account health.
  • Audit and overhaul our current Amazon presence: identify what's broken, prioritize fixes, and execute with urgency.
  • Build and manage our Amazon advertising strategy, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP, optimizing ACOS and TACOS to drive efficient growth.
  • Develop and execute our Google Shopping strategy,  owning campaign structure, feed optimization, bidding, and performance, to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
  • Apply a unified retail search lens across both platforms: keyword strategy, search intent, product content, and conversion optimization that works in concert across Amazon and Google.
  • Oversee and manage our Amazon and search agency partners — set the strategy, hold them accountable to results, and ensure their output is consistently raising the bar.
  • Optimize all product listings with compelling copy, A+ content, enhanced imagery, and SEO-driven keyword strategy to maximize discoverability and conversion.
  • Own forecasting and coordinate with supply chain to ensure in-stock rates, FBA replenishment, and compliance with Amazon's operational requirements.
  • Develop and enforce brand standards on Amazon including managing unauthorized sellers, regulatory compliance,, and safeguard brand integrity across the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain a productive relationship with our Amazon Vendor Manager or account team, negotiating terms and developing joint business plans.
  • Generate regular reporting and translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and creative to ensure these channels are fully integrated into broader brand strategy and launch plans.

We're Excited About Your:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon, retail search, or performance search marketing, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Deep, native fluency in Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Strong command of Google Shopping including campaign management, product feed optimization, and performance analytics.
  • A unified search mindset: you understand how keyword strategy, search intent, and content optimization c
