Position Summary:   

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Enterprise Architect - Applications to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the overall application architecture strategy, design, and implementation within the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Planning and Development: 

• Develop and maintain the enterprise application architecture strategy and roadmap. 
• Align application architecture with the organization’s business goals and IT strategy. 
• Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance application architecture and business capabilities. 

Architecture Design and Implementation: 

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable application solutions. 
• Ensure all applications adhere to enterprise architecture standards and best practices. 
• Oversee the integration of new applications into the existing enterprise architecture. 

Leadership and Collaboration: 

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 
• Work closely with other IT leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of application projects. 
• Provide expert guidance and advice on application architecture to other teams within the organization. 

Governance and Compliance: 

• Establish and enforce application architecture policies, standards, and guidelines. 
• Ensure all application solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
• Conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. 

Continuous Improvement: 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in application architecture, including performance tuning, optimization, and modernization efforts. 
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of application architecture. 

Qualifications: 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior Enterprise
