Senior Consultant Professional Services

Job Description:

• 8+ years relevant work experience; 6+ years experience in any Logistics / Shipping domain​​

• Firm grasp of N4 TOS as a super user​​

• Excellent understanding of marine terminal industry and business processes​​

• Leads Orientation, Analysis and Data Migrations​​

• Assess options and define conceptual solution design​​

• Able to do solution design, and assist in development and test phases to ensure delivered solution meets customer objectives​​

• Suggest solutions for customers on the spot during O&A meetings​​

• Lead N4 or XPS implementation during the project or any other expertise area​​

• Container Terminal automation knowledge and expertise preferred (not mandatory)

• Define, prioritize, and document business and operational requirements​​

• Able to work independently, completes assignments consistently​​

• Ability to develop relationships with counterpart customer and Kaleris team members​​

• Excellent listening skills and ability to raise questions in a thoughtful, consultative, ‘trusted advisor’ manner​​

• Ability to deal with challenges and stressful situations, while maintaining professionalism​​

• Strong leadership and organizational skills​​

• Technical savvy – ability to analyse, configure and integrate systems to achieve required result​​
