What You'll Do:

  • Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce: Connect with employees daily, build relationships and understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations

  • Empower and Support: Guide employees through HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported

  • Drive Employee Engagement: Collaborate with employees and leaders to cultivate a positive workplace culture that inspires everyone to thrive

  • Champion Change: Act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for their needs and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the employee experience

  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle employee inquiries and concerns in real-time, providing solutions that foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

  • Data-Driven Insights: Gather feedback and insights from employees to identify trends and areas for improvement, shaping our HR strategies for the better

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor for real-time engagement and solutions

  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues positively and fairly

  • Administer HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas like performance support and leadership coaching

  • Partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives that align with operational goals and address workforce challenges

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to understand and implement HR programs in specific areas

  • Keep records of employee interactions and resolutions, ensuring follow-up actions are taken

  • Identify recurring employee concerns or trends and report these to HR leadership for proactive solutions

  • Serve as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies

  • Be a visible champion of Boeing’s values, modeling our expectations through consistent employee interactions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Human Resources

  • Experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Human Resources certification(s)

  • 6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 1+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience influencing and building strong relationshi
