Rehab Program Manager/DOR - Full Time - Physical Therapist or PTA

Overview

 

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA  is seeking its next employee-owner.

 

This is NOT a remote role - 100% in person and there will be treating involved

Responsibilities

As a Full Time Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA or PT).
• Hold a valid state license.
• CPR Certification Required (or would be willing to obtain before starting employment)
• Previous managerial experience required or at least back-up to manager/lead therapist experience.
• At least two years acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
