Sr Consultant Financial SolutionsAbout your role:
At Fiserv, we are dedicated to the services that keep the wheels turning in the world of finance. Our Professional Services team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier solutions that align with their unique needs. As a Professional Services – SR Advisor II, Senior Consultant, Financial Solutions you will be the key contact for our clients during the deployment of our liquidity products. You'll work closely with both clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class services that are integral to their business operations.
What you'll do:
- Provide in-depth analysis, consultation, and recommendations to clients to ensure their business needs are met during the deployment of Fiserv liquidity products.
- Elicit, validate, and prioritize client business requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams on functional components including product development, configuration, and testing.
- Interact with clients from a business requirements perspective, particularly regarding Fiserv products and services.
- Investigate and resolve testing problems based on established business requirements.
- Assist with technical and business impact analysis for customer-specific configurations.
- Document all pertinent business requirements in Business Requirement Definition documents and High-Level Design documents.
- Liaise with Product and Development teams to provide input and receive continual training.
- Perform other duties as required.

What you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology-related projects in an enterprise environment, or equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- 6+ years of experience in discussing and analyzing technical and business topics with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- 6+ years of experience in adhering to or improving procedures and processes required for the effective implementation of projects.
- 6+ years of experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads efficiently.
- 6+ years of experience working effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong background in business analysis and deployments within a financial/banking environment.
- Experience with financial crime products.
- Knowledge of project management methods.
- Proven ability to operate under minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
How you’ll work:
- Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech; this role is on-site Monday through Friday.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel: Approximately 50% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
