The salary range for this role, based in Washington​, is $128,160.00 to $160,200.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

As a State Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving performance across our portfolio, working closely with distributor partners and internal teams. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Distributor Leadership & Execution

  • Drive execution of PRUSA portfolio plans across all brands and channels, aligning distributor teams to strategic goals.

  • Serve as the primary contact for distributor communication and relationship management at the state level.

  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics, and enforce service standards and compliance.

  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to manage POS logistics and executional planning.

State Strategy, Financials & Forecasting

  • Own state-level demand planning and pricing execution, working closely with Finance, Chains, and Commercial Planning teams.

  • Contribute to AOP development and transformational initiatives, setting strategic priorities and KPIs.

  • Manage state-level budgets and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial guardrails and ROI expectations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and performance across direct and indirect teams.

  • Set and cascade strategic objectives, conduct monthly performance huddles, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

  • Partner with Customer Development and Field Marketing to optimize account coverage and identify emerging opportunities.

Required qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in wine, spirits, or consumer goods.

  • Strong leader
