Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PROJECT MANAGER to join our team! In this role you will get to Lead and Manage a dynamic team to Design and Install IBDSS at Keesler AFB and as such must be within 3.5hrs drive time to the base. Candidates willing to relocate to the vicinity of the base choose to do so at no cost to Parsons or the government.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a team at kickoff for a site survey where you will manage/define scope with customer and end users. 
• Develop a comprehensive plan and recommendation to the Government on a valid solution.
• Managing an internal team of Subject Matter Experts in designing an approved system to provide Electronic Security System in order to protect Department of War Protection Level assets.
• Once approved you will be leading the team during installation phase of the project.
• Throughout the life of the project, you will be responsible for Contract Deliverables

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field with 8+ years of related work experience; OR High School Diploma and 12+ years relevant technical experience
• Graduate of Parsons PMCOE
• Working Knowledge of Cost Point
• Active Security Clearance “Secret”
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Strong technical knowledge of electronics, network management, intrusion detection systems and force protection operations
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
