As an SEO Content Manager, the purpose is to generate more revenue by increasing their organic site traffic and brand awareness via Search Engine Optimization. This will help the company diversify its marketing channels to help create more sustainable growth for their business.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Brainstorming, crafting, and writing SEO-optimized content across various content marketing strategies.

📦 Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing site-wide and page-specific SEO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

📑 Conducting competitive analyses to comprehend effective SEO strategies employed by competitors, and formulating plans to leverage these insights.

📊 Demonstrating proficiency and comfort in executing all tasks related to creating a polished blog post, including writing, editing, light graphic design, and recording short explainer videos.

Working Hours ⏰: Full Time (40 Hours / Week). Although based in the EST time zone, flexibility is granted for working hours, provided there is a 2–3 hour overlap on 2 days per week for scheduled meetings.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Exceptional writing and communication abilities, with a focus on SEO-driven content creation (with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience).

✅ Profound understanding of copywriting and strategies for crafting converting content, supported by a proven track record of posts driving views, engagement, and shares.

✅ Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), demonstrated by the creation of pages ranking on Google and contributing to increased site traffic.

✅ Experience using WordPress, as their entire blog operates on this platform.
