You are the first point of contact for our customers and you help and support them with questions regarding the open training schedule, subscription plans and e-learning courses.</p> <p>Together with your colleagues, you will:</p> <p>- Process new enrolments and handle change and cancellation requests from the customer</p> <p>- Support customers should they encounter issues or have questions with regards to virtual courses and e-learning training courses</p> <p>- Work closely together with the scheduling department when customers are to be informed if there are necessary changes to the open course schedule (language, location, course dates)</p> <p>- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and other projects, e.g. government subsidy programmes</p> <p>- Process purchase orders from customers and work together with the finance department to ensure the invoicing process goes smoothly</p> <p>- Manage various online tools from our vendors (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and more)</p> <p>- Manage the administrative tasks surrounding different customer portals through which enrolments are received</p> <p>What are the job requirements?</p> <p>- An administrative education, at least at MBO/HBO level</p> <p>- Experience in a similar position, preferably in a commercial (IT) environment</p> <p>- Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written</p> <p>- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams</p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-NM1</p> <p></p><h3>MORE ABOUT SKILLSOFT:</h3> <p>Skillsoft delivers online learning, training, and talent solutions to help organizations <strong>unleash their edge</strong>.
